Job Description
Our client is a leading manufacturer within the injection moulding industry who supply products for fixings and fastenings aswell as cable and data network infrastructure. With a portfolio of more than 75,000 items they are looking for hard working individuals to play a crutial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their injection moulding process.
Job Responsibilities:
* Install moulds and set up the injection moulding machines
* Conduct tool and material changeovers safely to meet production timeline
* Check the quality of the moulds and collaborate with teh quality team for their approval
* Ensure the machines are running efficiently and report any issues to management
* Provide detailed handovers at the end of every shift to make it a smooth transition
* Mintain excellent house keeping skills
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in injection moulding
* Ideally hold a Level 3 IMT quaifiaction
* Experience with moulding machines as well as robotic systems
* Excellent tim keeping skills and with a good attendance record
* Well organised with the ability to multi task
Hours:
7 am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am
4 on 4 off ( 2 days, 2 nights)Before You Apply
