Job Title: Toolroom Machinist
Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Shifts: AM Shift 6.00am-2.30pm
Pay Rate: £25,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time
We are currently recruiting a Toolroom machinist to work for a manufacturing business in Thame, Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic operation of tool room machinery including mills, lathes, presses and grinders
Ensure parts meet quality and dimensional standards through in-process inspection.
Maintain clean and safe working environment in accordance with company standards.
Record production data and report any issues with equipment or materials.
Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.Experience & Requirements:
Essential
Prior experience in a machine operating or manufacturing environment.
Comfortable working to precision standards in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
