The Role:

This is a permanent, high-value opportunity for an electrician who wants to specialize in the cutting-edge installation, commissioning, and verification of both domestic and commercial electric vehicle charging points across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing:

Executing installation and commissioning of EV charge points to the highest standards.
*
Conducting essential site surveys, electrical upgrades, and rigorous testing before and after installation.
*
Performing fault-finding, maintenance, and repairs when required.
*
Ensuring every single install is fully compliant with BS 7671 (18th Edition) and Part P.
*
Managing all documentation and test certificates efficiently and professionally.
*
Providing outstanding customer service as the face of our mission-driven company.
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
You must be a highly experienced, self-managing electrician with:

Proven EV Charger Installation Experience: Direct, hands-on history in installing EV charge points.
*
Full Qualification: Qualified Electrician status backed by an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
*
ECS Card: A Valid ECS Card (Gold/JIB preferred) to confirm your professional competency.
*
EV Specific Certification: Certification in EV charge point installation (City & Guilds 2919 or equivalent).
*
Compliance Certification: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification and Part P registration.
*
Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel nationwide and work independently.
*
Full UK Driving Licence.
The Package:
We recognize top talent and pay accordingly.

Competitive Base Salary: Starting from £65,000 to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Travel Allowance: An additional £20,000 per annum provided for travel and expenses.
*
Structure: Initial 12-week contract followed by a permanent position.
