Job Title: Town Planner / Senior Town Planner
Location: West Suffolk (Hybrid working)
Salary: £DOE + Car allowance
The Role
We are seeking a Town Planner to join a privately owned regional business who are based in West Suffolk. As the successful Town Planner you’ll be working closely with the Planning Manager to secure planning for residential developments across East Anglia.
The Company
This company is a regional house builder who build quality homes across East Anglia for over 40 years.
The role will require
* Work closely with the Planning Manager on immediate and strategic land opportunities
* Attend pre-app meetings
* Submit planning applications
* Manager external consultants
* Keep up to date on planning policies
* Assist with planning reviews on new land acquisitions
* Attend site visits and public meetings
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* A degree in Town Planning
* 3+ years experience
* Ideally experience on residential developments
* Good knowledge of the region
