In this position, you'll be managing planning applications from initial consultation through to submission and appeals. You'll work directly with clients, liaise with local authorities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth planning process. The Role:
Manage a varied portfolio of planning applications from brief through to submission and appeal
Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities
Collaborate with internal teams including architects and designers
Prepare and submit planning reports and associated documentation

experience in a relevant planning role
Comfortable in a client-facing position and able to manage your own workload
Motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company
Based within commutable distance to Truro
