We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Town Planner to join a growing and forward-thinking planning team based in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
Provide planning support on a wide variety of infrastructure and development projects
Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams across environmental, engineering, and design disciplines
Support tendering and bidding activities
Prepare high-quality reports and planning documents
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in mentoring junior team members
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant planning experience (ideal)
RTPI membership (or working towards it) desirable
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of planning legislation (e.g. TCPA, DCO, EIA)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
A positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative approach
