Job Title: Town Planning Director
Location: Yorkshire (Hybrid working)
Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 DOE
The Role
We are seeking a Town Planning Director in Yorkshire to take the lead on growing and developing the town planning services in the region for a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
The Company
This company is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with a number of offices across the UK offering services such as town planning, landscape architecture, masterplanning, architecture, ecology and heritage to name a few!
The role will require
* Grow and development the planning function in the region
* Business development
* Take the lead role on projects
* Manage the team
* Produce reports and presentations
* Responsible for budgets and P&L
* Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
* Make strategic decisions on your own
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Chartered Town Planner
* Previous experience Director level
* People management experience
* Experience taking the lead on large scale projects
Salary & Benefits
* Up to £95,000 DOE
