Our client is seeking a professional Traffic Engineer for a contract role within the highways sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing advice on the design and implementation of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs)
Offering TRO processing support for schemes within the council's 25/26 and 26/27 capital programmes
Assessing existing moving traffic regulation orders and producing related technical reports
Job Requirements:
Experience in traffic and highway engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Keyline and Keysign software
Knowledge of developing and amending Traffic Regulation Orders and Moving Traffic Regulation Orders for capital programme and network management schemes
Degree qualification in traffic engineering or equivalent experience
Understanding of the Framework Agreement and NEC 4 Professional Services Contract
Additional Information:
The role is a hyrbid workign arrangement - 2 days per week in the office.
The position is considered to be inside IR35
