Location: Winchester Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshal to join a reputable construction project based in Winchester. This position requires a valid CSCS card and a strong understanding of on‑site safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: Directing and managing vehicle and pedestrian movement safely around the site Communicating clearly with site operatives, drivers, and management Maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations Reporting any hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly Supporting general site operations when requiredRequirements: Valid Traffic Marshal (Banksman) certificate Valid CSCS card Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication skills and the ability to remain alert and vigilant Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude
