Acorn by Synergie is hiring on behalf of our client for a Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction site in Llannon, Carmarthen. This is a great opportunity for an experienced site worker with a valid Traffic Marshall ticket to secure ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct plant and vehicle movement safely around site.
Manage access control and monitor entry/exit points.
Ensure all visitors and contractors follow site health and safety rules.
Communicate effectively with site staff and delivery drivers.
Candidate Requirements:
Valid CSCS card.
Valid Traffic Marshall ticket (online certificates accepted).
Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, steel-toe boots, etc.).
Previous experience working on a construction site.
Strong awareness of site safety and communication skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:15am - 4:30pm.
Weekend shifts available.
