Job Description
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a growing logistics company looking to recruit an experienced traffic operator to strengthen their team in Felixstowe. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a very competitive salary and the opportunity to gain further knowledge in the industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Planning MOT’s and maintenance on vehicles
* Driver compliance
* Liaising with HGV Drivers daily
* 1 in 3 on call (from home)
* Processing paperwork
* Vehicle breakdowns
* Liaising with insurance companies
* Follow all guidelines for compliance
Skills & Experience required:
* Minimum 1 years’ experience within transport and HGV
* Minimum 1 year’s knowledge within fleet and compliance coordination
* Great communication skills
* Comfortable working under pressure
* Confident within Microsoft software and TOPS systems.
