JOB TITLE: Trainee Blow Moulder/Engineer

The ROLE
Our Client is recruiting for a Trainee Blow-Moulding machine setter to their well established team in the Corby facility from where they manufacture injection moulded containers. Their commitment to developing their staff is demonstrated by that the right candidate will undergo a structured 12/16 week training course working 9.00am to 5.00pm before joining the shopfloor on a continental shift basis after successfully completing training. The successful candidate will be responsible for;
* Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment
* Job change machines
* Tool change machines
* Maximise run time of allocated production lines
* Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastage
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player possessing the following attributes;
* Mechanical background
* A desire to learn the blow moulding process
* Happy to work permanent shift system
* Confident personable approach to working in a team
SALARY: £28,500 rising to £32,000 when fully trained
