Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a Trainee Commercial Tyre Fitter to join a well-established company based in Basildon, Essex.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Starting Salary: £30,000.00 per year. rising to £55,000 OTE
Working Hours: Monday- Friday (phone number removed)pm, Saturday 7.00-12.30.
About the Company:
They are an established independent company operating 38 fully equipped Commercial Tyre fitting vans throughout Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. They are looking to expand their team within the depot based in Essex covering Essex, East London and up to Harlow.
Role & Requirements:
The candidate will be hard working, professional and dedicated with a positive and flexible attitude to work who is willing to learn a hard trade and reap great rewards.
This role is all about finding a team player with the right attitude to fit within a similar minded team.
Once trained the candidate will be working both on their own and within a team covering Essex and East/Norh London, candidate may be required to work within the outside hours callout rota.
No Prior experience necessary for this role but candidate but me self-motivated and able to work independently.
Benefits:
Starting Salary £30k - once trained to cover basic truck work competently up to £35k (usually within 2-3months), then up to £39k basic once capable to cover truck, van, plant, Earthmover, fleet management (usually within 9-12months).
Once trained and capable the candidate may go on the outside hour’s callout rota worth approx. £60 Minimum per call out - £10k+ PA.
20 Days Annual Leave.
Monthly bonus, Overtime on top of Basic and Callouts.
