What's the role?
We are looking to hire trainees to join our busy & thriving team. We are looking for individuals with sales experience who are looking for a career in change and want to start at a trainee level. Our support and training plan is something we are proud of, as we want to set every recruiter up for success. You will be given guidance to successfully perform the role; including business development, candidate generation, filling vacancies, and customer service.
Salary is dependent on experience and negotiable but with an uncapped commission you can earn over and above six figures
What do I need to bring to the table?
We're looking for a strong communicator with a proven experience in sales, particularly hard sales (door-to-door sales, commission based etc.) is essential.
