Trainee Conveyancer
Location: North East England, Tyne and Wear, Gateshead
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Per annum
Leading North East Law Firm are looking to recruit a trainee Conveyancer this role is perfect for someone who is looking to progress and have their own files under supervision from qualified members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and completion of legal documents for property transactions
Conduct research on title deeds, property ownership, and land registry
Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other professionals involved in conveyancing
Manage and maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
Attend client meetings and assist in the conveyancing process under supervision
What we are looking for:
A relevant legal qualification or currently studying towards one
Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Minimum of A-levels or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Completion or pursuit of a legal qualification (e.g., CILEx) is desirable
Prior experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not essential
Experience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficial
