About the Role
Cosmetic repair is a highly skilled and rewarding trade. As a Trainee Cosmetic Repair Technician, you'll learn how to repair a wide variety of surfaces - including ceramic, metal, wood, and glass - restoring damaged or marked items to their original condition and saving the need for costly replacements.
Your training will take place in the company's dedicated training facility before moving onto live construction sites, where you'll continue to develop your skills alongside experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparing and making safe work areas.
Learn and develop cosmetic repair techniques under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
Carry out surface repairs on various materials to a high-quality finish.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Work safely and professionally on-site at all times.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Requirements
Full UK driving licence.
No previous construction experience required - full training provided.
Excellent attention to detail and colour matching skills.
A genuine interest in learning and developing a trade.
Conscientious, patient, and reliable.
