Overview: Trainee Early Years Assessor Are you an Early Years professional with management experience, looking for more work/life balance? Recruiting on behalf of an 'Ofsted Good' training provider, this WFH opportunity is one not to be missed! Essential - You must hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification to be considered for this role. Purpose of the role: Trainee Early Years Assessor You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, including Functional Skills) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification. Full training and qualifications (TAQA) are fully funded and provided by the employer. Trainee Early Years Assessor: Essentials A minimum 3 years Deputy Manager or above Nursery experience UK driving license and use of own transport You will be based from Home, covering Plymouth and the surrounding area A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work in Plymouth and the surrounding area Full Training and qualifications are funded and provided by the employerTrainee Early Years Assessor: Salary and Expenses The role is full-time, permanent No evenings or weekends, no unsociable hours WFH - Home based and flexible working - manage your own diary £27k-£30k annual salary Tax free quartly bonus Excellent employee benefits package including Denplan, Life Insurance and tax free Company bonus Full travel expenses (paid from your doorstep) All equipment including laptop, mobile phone Further career opportunities with a growing, high quality training provider
