 Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)

The Impact Academy
 Our structured training programme is designed to equip you with the skills needed to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant:

Candidate sourcing and interview techniques
Sales training and communication skills
Building and maintaining client relationships
Personal development, mindset, and goal settingKey Responsibilities

Source and interview candidates for education roles
Match candidates to schools across the North West
Support in developing and maintaining client relationships
Work towards targets and performance goalsAs you progress, you will manage your own client base, negotiate terms, and earn commission on placements.

£28,000-£30,000 base salary + OTE £35,000-£42,000
