About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Electrical Installation Lecturer to join an expereinced Electrical Installation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry experience who is looking to take their first step into teaching. You will be supported with training and development to help you transition into the education sector, while sharing your knowledge and skills with the next generation of electricians.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and practical sessions in Electrical Installation to students at various levels.
Support learners in developing both theoretical knowledge and practical competence.
Prepare learning materials and contribute to the development of curriculum resources.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment in workshops and classrooms.
Undertake continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.Essential Requirements
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
Strong practical knowledge and industry experience in electrical installation.
