The Role
A full-time Workshop Engineer position is available. While some experience is preferred, it is not essential as full in-house training will be provided across all aspects of the workshop. This is a great opportunity to join a successful team, develop new skills, and grow your career in engineering.
Responsibilities include assisting with the manufacture of mechanical components, performing general workshop duties, and supporting colleagues as required. Over time, there will be opportunities to specialise in specific areas. This role provides exposure to all aspects of low-volume production and hands-on engineering experience.
The Candidate
Basic ability to interpret engineering drawings
Experience with workshop tools or machinery
Ideally holds an engineering qualification
Able to work to deadlines
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Package & Benefits
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
