Junior Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)
Location: Leigh-on-Sea
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic + OTE £30,000 – £35,000
Ready to launch your career in estate agency? This is a fantastic chance to join a busy, successful, and supportive team in Leigh-on-Sea. No prior experience needed — full training is provided. We’re simply looking for someone bright, ambitious, and eager to build a career in property.
The Package
*
£20,000 – £25,000 basic (DOE)
*
£30,000 – £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
*
2.5% commission on completed valuations
*
£50 per mortgage sign-up (rising to £75 after 5 completions)
*
£25 per solicitor referral
*
Full training with clear progression routes
Working Hours
*
Mon–Fri: 8:45am – 6:00pm
*
Sat: 9:00am – 5:00pm (with one day off in the week)
*
1 in every 7 Sundays (10:00am – 4:00pm)
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Registering applicants and matching them with properties
*
Carrying out viewings and confidently presenting homes
*
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
*
Providing feedback and updates to clients
*
Supporting sales from offer through to completion
*
Referring mortgages, solicitors, and related services
What We’re Looking For

Bright, confident, and presentable with excellent communication skills
*
Driven, proactive, and target-focused with a passion for sales
*
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
*
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
