The Role:
You’ll train alongside experienced fabricators, learning every stage of the aluminium window and door production process. From reading technical drawings to using fabrication machinery, you’ll gain hands-on skills and become a key part of the team.
Key Duties:
* Shadow skilled fabricators until fully trained
* Learn fabrication techniques and supplier standards
* Read and apply technical diagrams
* Maintain a clean, organised workstation
* Follow health & safety procedures
* Communicate effectively with team members
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Manual role with a lot of physically demanding aspects involved
* Previous factory experience helpful but not essential
