Trainee Factory Operatives
AM: 07:00 - 15:30 Mon - Fri - £12.60 p/hour
PM: (Apply online only) Mon - Thu - £13.26 p/hour
40 hours paid per week
Full Time - Temp to Perm
Walkarounds every week
Immediate Starts Available
We regularly recruit for several "Trainee Factory Operatives" who can work either a fixed morning or afternoon shift with our client based in Rugby.
This is a hands-on role where you will be building UPVC windows. Your main tasks will be:
Assembling window frames and components. Using hand tools and power tools. Cutting materials and working with machinery. Following basic drawings and instructions.
Full training will be provided.
It's a great opportunity for someone seeking a permanent role (this isn't just for Christmas) and someone looking to start a career in production or factory work.
