Must Have’s
* Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service, ideally a role where you have been dealing with multiple people via phone and email
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
* A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle so you can attend viewings and check outs etc
Nice to Have’s
* Any previous experience within Property / Lettings
So, what will you be doing?
* Registering new applicants and understanding their property needs
* Arranging and conducting property viewings with potential tenants
* Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the letting process
* Negotiating tenancy terms and closing deals efficiently
* Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring legal compliance
* Coordinating references and right-to-rent checks
