⭐ What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcome and support prospective buyers and tenants, guiding them through their journey from first enquiry to final purchase.

Host professional viewings of beautifully designed show apartments and communal spaces.
*
Learn how to manage enquiries using a CRM system, building relationships and following up with interested parties.
*
Support the team with the sales process, from taking reservations to assisting with legal and financial steps.
*
Help maintain the high presentation standards across the development.
*
Get involved in marketing initiatives, resident events, social media, and local PR activities.
*
Monitor competitor activity and gain insight into the local luxury property market.
*
Uphold Health & Safety protocols, especially during visits to construction areas.
*
Take ownership of small projects and contribute to the wider success of the sales team.
✅ What We’re Looking For:

A strong interest in property and a desire to develop a long-term career in the luxury market.
*
Previous experience in sales, admin, customer service, hospitality or property is beneficial but not essential. This is an entry level role.

Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
*
A proactive, organised, and goal-driven attitude.
*
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the business.
*
Ability to work alternate Saturdays.
*
A full UK driving licence is required.
