Job Description
Are you looking to start a career as a Machinist? Do you have a passion for engineering?
Due to growth, we are looking to appoint a trainee to join the machine shop team, with the view to trainning and coaching you in the skill of manual and CNC machining.
You will be taught to:
learn how to operate manual lathes and milling machines, pillar drilling and CNC machines.
machine parts from drawings
use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
understand and perform tool wear offsets
complete regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on
You will need:
a qualification in a relevant subject
a passion for engineering
the ability to read technical drawings
attention to detail
the want to learn Benefits
