Job Description

Are you looking to build a long-term career within the construction industry? We are recruiting for a Trainee Commercial Management position, offering the opportunity to develop your skills across several key commercial functions before specialising in the area best suited to you.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated to learn, enjoys working in an office environment, and wants to progress within a successful and growing business.

The Role

You'll spend time working across the commercial department, gaining hands-on experience in:

  * Quantity Surveying

  * Buying / Procurement

  * Estimating

Following your training, you'll move into the discipline that best matches your strengths and interests, with ongoing mentoring and career development.

What We're Looking For

  * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

  * Able to commute to the Brierley Hill office

  * Keen to learn and develop a career within construction.

  * Strong communication and organisational skills.

  * Good IT skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

  * Previous construction experience is not essential – we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Working Hours

  * Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
