Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Cardiff
Location: Cardiff (Estate Agency Branch Based)
Salary: Up to £25,000 basic (including car allowance) + Financial Guarantees (first 5 months)
On Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 – £50,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

* Provide excellent customer service from application through to completion.
Requirements:
* CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent).
* Sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
* Professional, confident, and motivated to succeed.
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
* Clean credit history (no CCJs or bankruptcies).
