Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – St. Neots – High Earnings – CeMAP 1
St. Neots
£25,000 basic (incl. car allowance) + £500 monthly guarantee for first 5 months
OTE: £45,000–£55,000 in Year 1, £65,000+ Year 2

The Role
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in St. Neots, you will:
* Provide whole-of-market mortgage & protection advice
* Complete fact finds, affordability checks and suitability assessments
* Liaise with lenders, solicitors and estate agents
* Guide clients through the mortgage journey
* Work towards performance targets and high earnings
* Attend training workshops and coaching sessions
Requirements
* CeMAP 1 qualification required (support to complete modules 2 & 3)
* Background in sales, customer service or estate agency preferred
* Strong communication skills & client focus
* Full UK driving licence + own car
* Clean credit history
