Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – Stevenage – High Earnings
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000 basic (incl. car allowance) + £500 monthly guarantee (first 6 months)
OTE: £40,000–£50,000+ Year 1

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a leading estate agency seeking a motivated Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker for its Stevenage branch. This is an exceptional opportunity for a CeMAP 1 qualified candidate to break into mortgage advice with full training, guaranteed leads, and high-earning potential.

• £25,000 basic salary
• £500 guaranteed monthly bonus for 6 months

• 7–10 quality leads weekly from a busy estate agency

Role Responsibilities
• Provide whole-of-market mortgage & protection advice
• Complete fact finds, affordability checks and suitability assessments
• Build strong client relationships to generate referrals
• Manage a full mortgage pipeline with support from senior advisors
• Ensure all recommendations meet FCA compliance standards
Candidate Requirements
• CeMAP 1 qualification (essential) – support provided to complete CeMAP 2 & 3
• Background in sales, estate agency, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach
• Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
• Clean credit & no criminal convictions
