Must-haves:
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a desire to be in a sales-based role in the future.
* Reliable, committed, and proactive approach to work.
* Comfortable with data entry and general administration duties.
* Either minimum CeMAP 1 or currently studying for CeMAP.
Nice-to-haves:
* Previous experience in financial services or administration.
* Exposure to customer liaison with lenders, solicitors, or providers.
* Experience handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
* Interest in Mortgage & Protection products.
