The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Weston-Super-Mare, you will:
* Work with warm leads from the estate agency network—no cold calling.
* Conduct fact finds, affordability checks, and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products.
* Liaise with lenders, underwriters, solicitors, and clients to progress applications smoothly.
* Build lasting client relationships, delivering first-class customer service.
* Work closely with senior Mortgage Advisors and Sales Managers to develop your knowledge and skills.
About You – What We’re Looking For
* CeMAP 1 qualification (essential) – your gateway to FCA-authorised mortgage advice.
* Previous sales, banking, customer service, or estate agency experience is an advantage.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
* Clean credit history and no CCJs/bankruptcies.
* Confident, professional, and motivated to succeed.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
