Contract Personnel are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an independent technology company based in Norwich, specialising in printing solutions, for a Trainee Photocopier Engineer.
This is an exciting role for someone looking to start their career in a tech related field, where they can learn on the job & gain useful experience.
Key responsibilities:
To attend technical calls of multi-functional devices, support customers with setup of copier features like, printing, scanning, booklets etc...
To attend customer sites to install upgraded or refurbished multi-functional devices
Provide remote IT support for multi-functional devices when required
Preparation and set up of new multi-functional devices, including delivery
Key requirements:
Experience in computer networking would be an advantage but not essential
Although part of a team, can work independently
Able to demonstrate fault finding skills
Excellent customer service skills and able to easily build rapport
Self-motivated and well organised
Fast and keen self-learner
Full training will be provided, so soft skills are most important
This position is Monday to Friday, 08:45am - 5pm, and will see the successful applicant working both on and off site.
Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence in required
