Job Description

Trainee Process Operator needed in Tewkesbury, Salary: Starting at £27,534 per annum increasing to £28,353 with training. Full time 37.5 hours per week- 5 shifts. Start Times: Various start times from 05:00am
 
 We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a leading chilled food production company as a Trainee Process Operator in Tewkesbury. This role offers a structured development journey with hands-on training, making it ideal for someone looking to start a career in food processing and production.

Key Responsibilities:
 
 Safely intake, control, and process products in a hygienic environment
 
 Prepare and operate machinery, including CIP equipment, in line with company standards and food safety legislation
 
 Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards while maintaining clear communication across teams
 
 Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and ensure efficient workflow
