Trainee Production Operative
Speke, Liverpool
£27,000 – £30,000 + Benefits + Overtime
3 on / 3 off (Days & Nights) (8am -8pm)

We are currently looking for a Trainee Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Speke.

This is a hands-on role within a plastics production environment, offering full training and long-term career opportunities.

The Role Involves:

  * Supporting production lines and ensuring continuous operation

  * Replenishing raw materials and assisting with machine operation

  * Handling finished products, including wrapping and palletising

  * Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site

  * Assisting experienced operators with day-to-day production tasks

About You:

  * Previous experience in a factory or production environment is beneficial

  * Reliable, hard-working and willing to learn

  * Comfortable working shifts
