Abatec is recruiting for an established manufacturing company in the construction and modular sector. The company specialises in producing high-quality, ready-to-install units for residential and commercial projects, delivering innovative solutions to the construction industry.

* Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm

We are currently looking for Production / Assembly / Builder Operatives to join our growing team in Highbridge, Somerset. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role offering full training, career progression, and the chance to develop new skills in a supportive environment.
The Role – Production / Assembly / Builder Operative:
* Carry out assembly and manufacturing tasks, including pod units
* Safe and efficient use of hand and power tools
* Support production and warehouse operations
* Manual handling and other physical tasks
* Follow all health & safety procedures and quality standards
About You:
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
* Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery
* Practical DIY skills or hands-on experience
* Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and reliability
* Able to work well in a team and physically capable of performing manual tasks
