TRAINEE QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED IN WORCESTER ON A PERMANENT BASIS
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 + Package
Location - Wolverhampton
About the Company

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in commercial management. You'll gain hands-on experience across a range of construction projects, working alongside experienced professionals who will mentor you throughout your development.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Supporting the measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings).
Helping with interim valuations and final account preparation.
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
Maintaining accurate records of work progress and costs.
Learning to apply standard forms of contract such as JCT and NEC.
About You
A genuine interest in construction and commercial management.
Studying towards, or keen to enrol on, a Quantity Surveying degree or HNC/HND (training support available).
Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and a willingness to learn.
