Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Multiple Hires)
Location: Bournemouth (office-based)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Experience required: No recruitment experience needed
About the role
We’re expanding and hiring several Trainee Recruitment Consultants in our Bournemouth office. If you’re confident on the phone, enjoy speaking with people at all levels, and want a career where your effort drives your earnings and progression, this is for you. Full training provided.
What you’ll do
Speak with candidates and clients by phone and video, building strong relationships
Write job adverts, screen CVs, conduct structured interviews, and manage shortlists
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and use job boards effectively
Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and manage offers/start dates
Work to clear weekly activity and monthly placement targets
Learn the full 360° recruitment process with hands-on coachingWhat you’ll bring
Confidence communicating on the phone and in writing with people at all levels
Tenacity, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset
Computer literacy (MS Office/Google Workspace) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong organisation and attention to detail
