About the Role
We are looking for driven individuals with a passion for education and sales to join our London office as Trainee Education Recruitment Consultants. This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role offering exceptional training, development, and earning potential.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Tradewind Recruitment, you will work in a dynamic, high-performance environment-matching exceptional teachers and support staff with schools across the UK.

You will develop skills in:
Candidate sourcing and interviewing
Building client relationships

Your Responsibilities
During your first 6-9 months:
Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles
Craft professional CV profiles for client marketing
Work closely with sales teams to increase candidate placements
Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your managerAs you progress into sales:
Develop new business and manage client relationships
Negotiate margins and contracts
Maintain safeguarding standards
Handle challenging conversations professionally
Deliver outstanding customer service and manage your time effectivelyEarn commission at every stage of your career development.

£32,000 base salary, with realistic first-year earnings of £35,000-£40,000 through commission

We are seeking individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and ready to work hard to achieve success.
You should have:
A degree (with part-time work experience during university) or relevant experience if not a graduate
Experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, education, or other fast-paced, target-driven roles
A consistent career history that demonstrates progression and commitment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resilience, motivation, and a strong work ethic
