Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Manchester

What We Offer

  * Competitive starting salary (£25,000-£25,750).

  * Uncapped commission structure: Year 1 OTE: £40K–£45K, Year 2 OTE: £60K–£70K, Year 3 OTE: £100K+.

  * 10‑week structured training programme: Training academy week, One‑to‑one mentoring and deskside coaching, Ongoing development tailored to your goals.

  * Performance‑driven progression structure (Senior level often achieved within 18–24 months).

What You’ll Do

  * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Engineering and Technology markets.

  * Build and grow your own client portfolio through targeted outreach and business development.

  * Develop long‑term relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted market advisor.

  * Gain niche market expertise and identify new opportunities to scale your desk.
