Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Newton Abbot
Salary: £23,900 – £26,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission. First year OTE £35-40k.

We're on the lookout for a confident, driven individual to join our growing recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. What you'll be doing:

Building strong client relationships within the construction sector and beyond
*
Sourcing and managing candidates for live vacancies
*
Speaking with clients and candidates on the phone and in person
*
Managing a live CRM and maintaining an organised pipeline of work
*
Writing and posting job adverts and content across social media
*
Handling client requirements with speed and professionalism
What we’re looking for:

Strong background in sales, business development, or account management
*
Confident communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face
*
Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
*
Experience using CRM systems, Excel, and social media platforms
*
Excellent grammar and attention to detail
*
A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
*
Construction industry experience is a bonus but not essential
*
Must have a full UK driving licence
