Job Description
Due to a period of growth, we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, deliver class leading customer services and complement the operational team we already have.
Red Recruitment 24/7 are a family-owned business, supplying temporary and permanent labour solutions since 2006. With a firm base in Lincolnshire, we supply permanent labour to clients across the country with several Nationwide contracts. Key Role Accountability:
· Full candidate attraction, sourcing the right candidates for clients through advertising, social media and networking.
· Business Development with new and existing clients. We love to get out and visit clients to support them now and for future roles.
· Providing the highest level of service to candidates and client.
· Upkeep of our CRM system with relevant information and up to date knowledge on clients and candidates.
· Writing job adverts, interviewing, short listing, preparation of CV’s and management of interview process with clients.
· Offering advice and positively impacting lives.
About You:
We are seeking individuals who have proven transferable skills from a service/sales industry. The position comes with uncapped commission, but hard work and dedication will be required. Bringing a consistent and positive attitude to the company, able to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships at all levels. Must be able to work under pressure and target driven to help achieve both individual and company goals.
We work Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 with an earlier finish FridayBefore You Apply
