About Tradewind Recruitment
Tradewind is one of the UK's leading education recruitment agencies and a Sunday Times Top 100 Company four years in a row. We're currently expanding our team in Manchester city centre and looking for driven individuals to join our Recruitment Consultant development programme.
What we offer:
Base salary of £28,000 to £30,000
Realistic first-year earnings of £33,000 to £38,000
Commission from day one
35 days of annual leave
Reduced hours during school holidays (4.5-hour days)

Your role in year one:
Source and interview candidates for roles in schools
Write tailored CVs and candidate profiles for client marketing
Collaborate with the sales team to place candidates into suitable roles
Work to agreed weekly targets with full support
Earn commission as you go
After your first year, you'll move into a Sales Consultant role and receive advanced training in:
Business development and client growth
Negotiation and margin management
Safeguarding and compliance
Customer service and handling objections
Time management and organisation
Who we're looking for:
Background in sales or education
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
Right to work in the UK (UK passport or Indefinite Leave to Remain)
