Location: Manchester (City Centre)
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + realistic OTE £35,000-£40,000 in Year 1

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Source, interview, and place teaching and support staff in schools across Greater Manchester
Build long-term relationships with candidates and colleagues
Write detailed candidate profiles and actively promote them to schools
Support the sales team in increasing placements
Work towards achievable weekly KPIs and targets
Earn commission from day oneThe Impact Academy
Our Impact Academy is a unique internal training programme that equips you with everything you need to thrive in recruitment-even if you've never worked in the sector before. You'll be mentored by experienced consultants, trained by industry experts, and supported every step of the way.
After your first year, you'll move onto your own sales desk, where you'll receive advanced training in:
