As a Trainee Consultant in our London office, you will:
Source and interview education professionals for roles across London schools
Write compelling candidate profiles and market them to clients
Build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues in the sales team
Support with candidate placements and compliance processes
Work towards weekly performance targets and KPIs
Receive commission from your first placementTraining & Development
Our Impact Academy ensures that you receive hands-on training and personal mentoring from some of the top performers in the industry. After your first year, you'll progress onto a sales desk with additional training in:
Business Development and client acquisition
Negotiation and rate management
Customer retention and candidate relationship management
