What You'll Do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Interview and vet candidates for teaching and support roles
Write engaging profiles to promote candidates to local schools
Support experienced consultants with school placements and sales
Build relationships with educators and schools across Durham, Newcastle and surrounding areas
Meet performance targets and earn commission from day one
