Salary: £22,500 - 25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

At Kairos Recruitment Group (KRG), we're growing! We're looking to bring on two motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our established and supportive team in Handforth, Cheshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with no previous recruitment experience but a strong desire to learn, grow, and earn well. We're proud of the vibrant and fun culture we've built.
What You Can Expect:
Structured training programme covering everything you need to know to succeed in recruitment.
In your first month, you'll learn how to:
Source and speak with new clients and candidates
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
From months 2-12, you'll work alongside experienced recruiters and start earning commission on top of your base salary.Why Join KRG?
