Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer - Construction Sector
Salary: £24,000 - 27,000 basic plus monthly commission
Location: Bishop's Stortford

Your Role:
You’ll learn the role from an established leadership team by supporting them to deliver to their clients. They are ready to share with you all their knowledge to excel you into a recruiter role. This position would suit a graduate or someone from any sales background looking to get into the staffing sector.
Daily you will:
* Sourcing Candidates: Utilise all available channels to find the best talent.
* Building Relationships: Connect with candidates, understand their career aspirations, and match them to suitable roles.
* Providing Excellence: Ensure an outstanding experience for everyone you interact with.
* Team Contribution: Be a proactive, positive member of the team, contributing to a supportive and energetic workplace culture.
