New Career Opportunity - Education Recruitment Consultant | Durham City Centre
£28K-£30K Starting Salary + Uncapped Commission | First-Year OTE: £32K-£38K
Full-Time | Start in August or September

What We're Offering:
A base salary between £28,000 and £30,000 depending on experience
Commission from day one-earn £32K-£38K in your first year

In This Role, You'll:
Help schools find top teachers and support staff
Source, interview, and prepare candidates for placements
Build strong client relationships with schools across the region
Create polished CVs and detailed candidate summaries
Hit performance targets and earn commission for every successful match
Become a trusted local expert in education staffing
