Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector
Location: Liverpool (City Centre)
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £32,000-£38,000)
Contract: Full-time | Start Aug/Sept

Recruit and place teachers & support staff into Liverpool schools
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Source talent through advertising, networking & interviews
Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles
Hit achievable targets & earn commission on every placement
Gain specialist knowledge of education recruitment
What We're Looking For
Graduates, ex-teachers, or people from sales, estate agency, customer service, or call centres
Confident communicators with strong organisation skills
Resilient, proactive, and motivated by goals
Passion for education and making a positive difference
A degree is helpful but not essential - full training provided
